Challenge

Arun Pai, Founder of BangaloreWALKS takes up the challenge to walk 100 kms on Bengaluru footpaths in 15 days, to rate their walkability.

10+ busy commute routes have been chosen to understand and rate the pedestrian experience (see Maps). Several volunteers who commute daily on these routes have joined the Challenge (see Stories).

How Ratings work:

User rates each footpath on a scale of 1-5.

The number of times a user has to leave the footpath due to obstacles is also recorded and scored.
